AaaAhh! Taking a deep breath and then, letting myself go.

Watching all these bubbles of the self coming up and about, playing their insignificant and yet, fantastic acting dramas and then, letting go of it all as it were. It doesn't matter. Nothing really matter. My identity? My self? What's all that? I am no-body, no-one, nor this or that! Only a breath, this big beating heart dancing its kaleidoscopic creation of life and love into its existence. And I smile at the remembrance. Ah laughter! What a good magic this is! Bringing up about this amazing reward of such peaceful relaxation in the knowing everything is well, always perfect, in the clear and simple universe of the stone transmogrifying itself into the most beautiful diamond ever seen---

Just this, no more or less, so I keep breathing, and keep breathing...

¡AaaAhh! Respirando profundamente y entonces, dejandome ir.

Viendo a todas las burbujas del uno mismo surgir hacia fuera y alrededor, jugando sus insignificantes y, sin embargo, fantasticos dramas actuados y, a continuación, dejandolos irse así nomas. No importan. Nada realmente importa. ¿Mi identidad? ¿Mi yo? ¿Qué es todo eso? ¡Yo no soy un cuerpo, o nadie, ni esto o aquello! Sólo una respiracion, este gran corazón latiente danzando su caleidoscópica creacion de la vida y el amor hacia sus existencias. Y sonrío al recordar todo esto. ¡Ah, la risa! ¡Esta si que es buena magia! Trayendo alrededor esta recompensa increíble de la relajación, y la paz en el saber de que todo está bien, siempre perfecto, en el claro y simple universo de la piedra transformandose a sí misma en el más hermoso diamante nunca visto---

Solo esto, ni mas ni menos, así que sigo respirando, y sigo respirando...
